Nano is a Vietnamese-American spice lover based in Los Angeles. Growing up with bold, complex flavors at the table, she developed a deep respect for food made with intention…and a serious tolerance for heat.
She didn't set out to start a hot sauce brand. Nano just wanted a sauce worthy of her food. What started in her home kitchen became habaNANO: a small-batch labor of love for anyone who refuses to settle for bland.
habaNANO is her passion project, her kitchen experiment, and her gift to every heat lover out there.
